On October 4, 2025, HealthFirst, UNILAB, and Greenfield Development Corporation came together to host a free wellness check event titled “Aging Gracefully, Living Fully” at VRP Hall. Dedicated to supporting Mandaluyong City’s senior residents, the event aimed to provide essential health services while exploring the framework for a senior living care model in Metro Manila.
Attendees received free vital sign checks, medical consultations, and medication. The event also featured a talk by VRP Medical Center’s geriatric specialist, Dr. Lourdes Dumlao, who addressed common myths about aging. Her talk aimed to dispel misinformation surrounding elderly health and encouraged participants to embrace proactive, healthy aging.
