Alagang VRP Brand Employee Immersion: A collaborative project of HR and Marketing Departments of VRP Medical Center
VRPMC held the first session of the Alagang VRP brand Employee Immersion training in February as part of VRPMC’s 50 anniversary events for the year.
VRPMC’s president, Mrs. Ma. Victoria P. Vergel de Dios opened the session with an overview of the Alagang VRP brand, which originates from its founder, Dr. Victor R. Potenciano. Hospital Administrator, Mrs. Veronica Regina VdD. Garcia concluded the session with a call to action for employees to embody the highest quality care to the patients with Alagang VRP.
Ms. Rose Operana, Marketing Head, was the resource speaker for this brand immersion of the first batch of employees who are called to be ambassadors of the Alagang VRP brand.
