Telerounds is the first of its kind in the Mount Grace hospital network. A telehealth accommodation with hospital standard of care for COVID-19 patients through daily remote rounds by a physician and a nurse to monitor the Patient’s condition and recovery throughout the quarantine or isolation period.
PATIENT ENROLLMENT
Patients enrolled in this Program are COVID-19 positive, suspect or probable, asymptomatic, and symptomatic mild and moderate who need to be quarantined or isolated at home or in other facilities.
VRP Medical Center’s Telerounds packages are divided into 3 different sets:
